Any Tips on Packing Up The Decent In Its Suitcase, for Travel?

I will be bringing my just acquired pre-owned Decent DE1XL v1.42 from Vancouver (where it was acquired) to Toronto (where I live), as checked luggage on an aircraft.

Any tips on packing up the Decent in its case, for optimum protection.

Would you additionally put the case in a box? This would be abit of a hassle, but I will do it if necessary. I would alternatively shrink wrap the luggage.

Would you be able to take it as cabin luggage?

DavecUK too big and too heavy at 13kg plus the case.

Best thing is to pack it in the case it was delivered in. That’s what it was designed for. If you put that case inside the carton that the case/machine was packed in, then so much the better.

The latest one (below) is improved over my model but they are all very well designed.
