dfk41 Can a small extra amount of milk really make that much difference?
Not great at maths myself, but isn’t the difference between 4-5 to 7 ounces 2 to 3 ounces? And percent-wise, isn’t that ~50% more milk (maybe even more)? And if textured milk is sweeter than coffee (as we know it is), wouldn’t it make sense that using more of it makes the final drink sweeter, as you experienced?
Changing cup size is another way of tweaking the recipe of milk-based drinks, is it not? If a coffee is too strong/bitter, you can tone it down by using more milk (bigger cup), and vice-versa.
