Confession #1: I was never a big fan of the original DF64 but the V won me over, big time.
Confession #2: I had similar feelings about the DF83. I wanted to like it. I tried to like it (I bought two of them and had a 3rd unit sent to me by a very supportive Australian importer, Frank A at Coffee Tech).
I’ve been expecting a DF83V for some time now. Little birdies were saying December. It may be a little later than that but here’s a sneak peak.
No details yet but it’s clear that they have gone back to the drawing board on this one. That said, yes, it’s got variable RPM which I’m personally a big fan of.
This was NOT what I was expecting, prepare to be surprised.
