After recently selling my Gaggia and Brasilia grinder I plumped for UPS. The packages have to be signed for and UPS keep the person receiving the goods informed as to when it will be arriving. From what I could see, unlike some couriers who might just put (throw) your item into the back of a van, UPS actually place them on shelves. I even put a couple of ‘please keep this way up’ labels on my packages and when I spoke to the UPS man, he said no worries matey these will be kept upright and not just thrown around. Very good prices as they go on parcel size not weight, although I think they allow up to about 70kg in weight if not sending overseas.
Proof of the pudding as they say…both arrived to their seperate destinations in prefect condition.
