I saw the comment and was puzzled, because I do use scales….unless I’ve calibrated and Evo for a particular coffee….then I don’t need them. In fact, as part of testing/designing grinder and machines, it’s an absolute requirement to use scales for coffee input/output and record times. So I assumed he wasn’t referring to me for a change?
The person is a particularly spiteful troll who has no interest in the community, contributed nothing and helped no one…his hobby used to be trolling me. Sadly this is what underachievers seem to have to do to make themselves feel better. He took a lot of cues from David Hyde (coffee chap), who used him as the tool that he is.
