I know this question has likely been asked before, but for those familiar with the p64 and have tried a Philos, which would you choose? Price isn’t a concern, but I’m looking for a grinder that can handle light roast coffee since I already have a Niche that performs well with medium roasts. I won’t be using the grinder for filter coffee at all. The size of the Philos is a bit off-putting, but I haven’t come across any videos that directly compare the sizes of the grinders.
