As with MattH reply above. I do not know why you would need a second set of 189.
I only really drink what I’d call flat white or latte. I have the 189 and the 200 burrs and I actually prefer the 200.
I currently have SSP burrs fitters which are on loan from another member. I have not had them long enough yet for him to forget!!!
As I understand it, the main difference between various 64 mm burrs is the centre hole size and the standoff. All I have changed to fit the SSP is the o-ring.
I will most likely be going back to the 200 burrs.
Taste and mouth feel wise. The SSP fits somewhere between the 189 and 200. Other than that, I am shocking at describing taste!!
A word of warning when changing the burrs ensure you have the correct screwdriver bit which is a ph2sl And readily available from wera . A small wooden object is great to trap the sweeper arm and allow the screws to be loosened and tightened.
