So whenever I want a coffee I take one of my small 36g jars out of the freezer tip out 18g and put it immediately back in the freezer. I then grind my beans which are still frozen. All of which can’t take more than 40 seconds. So here is my question…should I be letting them thaw out and emit some C02 out before actually using them?
As for those of you vacuum sealing the beans and then freezing them…would putting them in an airscape can, pushing out the air and then putting that in the freezer do the same thing, thus saving on plastic bags? If you can do that with an airscape of course.
