Very easy to use E61 coffee machine with hot water and steam valves. Near commercial steam and hot water capability E61 style espresso machine Manufactured by ACS Advanced Coffee Solutions - Elcor, Napoli, Italy can be programmed via 7 segment pressure / time steps per "profile" . 5 profiles can be stored you could have a simple program to for e.g. have 2 bars - 10 seconds, 8.5 bars - 60 seconds.(obviously you will manually end befor 60 seconds!!) you can use this profile as you would a standard e61 machine and end the shot once your desired volume of coffee has been achieved. you can then experiment with more advanced profiles once you have "dialled in" your beans Machine has been plumbed in via everpure claris ultra water filter. Can easily be plumbed in or used via water tank. hoses included as per picture. with this machine the tank is still used even when plumbed in, but in this case the tank is automatically filled as required. this is similar to other machines such as the Decent where pressure is always controlled by the machine pump and sensors as opposed to an older style e61 machine where pre infusion pressure is via water line pressure. Also an update must have revised the signature settings. They had changed to administrator only to create them, and blanked mine out. I've changed it back to full users can also create them. As you can see they are working again. I use a contact me link to my profile, which has my contact details in the about me part. This prevents spambots picking it up as they can't see peoples profiles. Adrianmsmith sadly this part of the coffee journey is out my hand….if it’s white then it can go on display, black or stainless would mean it has to be hidden away out of sight obviously the requiring lots of moving in and out when making a drink.

I thought about a wrap, but I’m finding them expensive to have install professionally.

Welcome to the forum…I don’t believe he ever said it wasn’t what he hoped for? I think it’s just too many machines and needing to “thin the herd”.

he now has the latest Evo 2 Lever (made by ACS as well), bought used, although it was only 3 weeks old. Probably the one of the best prosumer levers available apart from esoterica like KVDW.

The machine he is selling has the internal stainless steel custom pipes option, a very expensive option and was supplied as an alternative to the PTFE pipes usually used on that machine. Plus it’s a custom colour.

the-peanut original seller here. Yes it is that machine, to be fair even at the point of purchase he was very open that he bought it to have a play with next to the leva. He said that one had to go, he’s gone one step further and bought another machine since!

So, both of the ones he had side by side are now up for sale.

Honestly, the V is a workhorse and is an amazing machine, I really enjoyed the profiling experience hence moving onto a decent.

3619 currently but do not forget this is pump actuations not shots. I clean portafilter after a shot. So 1 to 4 counts per shot ……

It’s everything I hoped for. Wish I had purchased instead of the synchronika to be honest. I didn’t believe Graham at the time. More fool me!

Can be used as a standard e61 with a 2 step profile, or play to your hearts content ….

I had a synchronika at the time but have the hobby bad! Purchased an Evo at the same time as these things do not come up often and unfortunately both were available at the same time. Both were machines I was considering. I knew I would have to sell at least 2 eventually .

Synchronika now sold.

Hard decision but I prefer the Lever …. Long story if you have time…..

Then the Evo mk2 happened and again I was presented with an opportunity to purchase immediately.

Ideally I would have purchased a Evo 2 in 2025 or maybe 2026.

I realistically can only use one machine full time and obviously the Evo 2 is the one currently…..

This could turn in to a long answer but hope that gives the basic info ☕

It was more me asking “why resell after 5 months?”
I’m not someone who has multiple machines so haven’t got into the ‘herd’ level yet and hadn’t considered this a possibility :-)
