There is a reason why Denis slaps a big yellow warning sticker on his grinders saying “Do not disassemble”.
More manufacturers would do well to include one of those. Why do people feel the need… I remember when the Philos came out and you’d get people like “Took it apart as soon as it arrived and the burrs were 0.1 microns out of whack, put it back together and now get 7g of retention, terrible grinder”!
Baffles me. Do these people do this with every new item they buy?
