Sales team, are oriented to satisfy customer demands. The grinder is good, consistent, with low retention, and the burrs developed in China are impressive, providing a good balance between body and flavor separation. They are Ti-coated and did not require seasoning.
The noise produced is totally acceptable and the grind time is low.
Not perfect, no ionizer to reduce static charge, the declumper needs to be adjusted for no retention, but with a little tuning you get a good grinder.
You have to ask that the unit that will be delivered to you has a variable speed, the dosing cup has a dosing-ring (I got it without and I can’t use the portafilter, I have a stainless steel dosing-ring but it’s bigger and not compatible with the grinder cup).
No doubt it’s good value for the money spent.
