Hello any recommendations for reasonably priced tasty green beans that youve tried roasted recently. Am after about 5kg mainly used for aeropress in the week and flat whites at the weekend. Some thing sweet balanced, nothing funky. Roasting on a Sandbox R1.

Guatemalan Blue Ayarza has been an absolute treat roasted light. Prefer it as a V60 to espresso but great in both.

It’s a natural, but a very clean one and very sweet
This is one of the best decaf bean I’ve tried and really consistent to roast. Fairly costly but well worth it in my humble opinion .
