Torn between three of my bikes:
Harley Evo Sportster 1200, stripped it down to be a London lane splitter to ride from Hackney to Soho every day. No mirrors, gauges etc. Narrow as possible to fit between London buses. Then it (and nearly me) got written off by a private hire taxi.
Harley Lowrider S. Never fully loved the look of it but it was an absolute monster. 1900cc, I’d had engine work done on it so it would get to 60 in about 3.5 seconds, provided you could keep traction on the rear tyre. 120lb-ft torque at 3000rpm too meaning the throttle was basically an on/off switch.
Current bike is quickly becoming a fave. 2023 Harley Heritage Classic. Same engine as above but not tuned. Absolute mile muncher and all-day comfort. Looks relatively unchanged from their 50s bikes.
