Needle nose pliers, tweezers or surgical forceps might grip it well enough to remove. Or if you are feeling brave use a pen refill (not the writing end) and put a tiny drop of superglue on it. Carefully press it into contact with the broken plug but not touching any of the socket at let the glue set. Gently pull and the plug should come free. You need a steady hand for this so you don’t glue the pen refill into the socket and make matters worse.
