It’s not quite a V60, it’s a copy - the other I have seen like this has less pronounced ridges than the genuine V60, this may not matter overall but translating recipes from a V60 won’t be a straight swap as this will likely drain slower. Looks like it’s 2 cup/02, no matter as the only papers I can currently recommend are the loose bagged, pink & black, white Hario 01 filters.
There is no ideal drip time, pour rate is the thing you are looking for, unless you are Moses you cannot control the flow of liquid, ask Canute.
I would forget off the peg recipe suggestions altogether and I would aim to brew at the same/similar grind setting you use for the Moccamaster. You don’t really want to be fiddling with grind settings every time you switch brewer. (“Medium to coarse”? Which is it?)
You are also brewing at 7g/100ml 1:14 , I’d stick to that.
You have 300g water, I’d break that down into 5 pours of 60g, to start with - pour every 40s. First one is a spiral wetting all the bed, poured in about 20s, folllowing pours do a quick once or twice round the edge then stay in the centre for the remainder each taking 25-30s (so all in by 3:05-3:10). Keep the kettle spout as close to the lip of the brewer as possible, let the water drop straight down, not hose in an arc. Then report back.
So:
0:00 pour 60g in a spiral, in 20s
0:40 pour up to 120g total, 1-2 round the edge then stay in centre
1:20 pour up to 180g total, 1-2 round the edge then stay in centre
2:00 pour up to 240g total, 1-2 round the edge then stay in centre
2:40 pour up to 120g total, 1-2 round the edge then stay in centre, should be all in around 3:05-3:10.
Record dry bed then leave 30-40s for drips to decline.
