dfk41 Sorry to hear. I haven’t had this offering, yet this was the same as Geisha. I was good to drink, though there was a total absence of flavour.
If you are brewing, you might try a V60 at 75g/L. Say, 15g of ground coffee, 200g water, 5 pulses x 40g every 40s. I brewed this coffee (Geisha) at 75g/L as I found 1:15 weaker. Still, I did not get any flavour, but it was nice to drink with decent strength. Please note, as a subjective score, I didn’t score it as high as their yellow and purple fruits.
As espresso, I pulled this coffee at 1:2.5 ratio at 94C/100C. Please look at this post.
