oddbean I practice every day for years, but never reached that silky, shiny foam. I blame it on my machines. First was a 250ml boiler and now a 600ml. Think you need stronger steam.
giampiero I remember that 2015 has been my “latte art year”, but apart some artistic result like “ An elephant contemplating the sunset sitting on the river bank”🤣, i reach the decision that a simple cappuccino was enough for my palate.
