Inspector - Interesting. I take you let the machine warm up for 20 minutes at least?
If it tastes good, then so be it, I suppose. Unless you have a more scientific way of checking, this will be something hard to talk about.
This is a “test”… Maybe using an IR thermometre, or a temp strip, I wonder what temperature reading it would give if that’s measure on the outside of the boiler (open the top of the machine) - which is copper? If copper is a very good conductor of heat, then the difference shouldn’t be significant?
(PS: I’m clueless in this area, just suggestion potential possibilities)
