Hello guys, sorry if I make myself hard to understand, english its not my first language.
I bought a brand new ecm puristika on europe and brought it to Mexico. I quickly realized it had no power and was not getting water inside the boiler. An expert came to check the machine and pointed out that it was because here its 110v instead of 220v so it was not receiving enough energy to perform. Bought a converter (110v to 220v, 750w) for the electricity and then it worked, and while it was enought for water to go through the machine, the pressure its very low, it never goes over 3 bars and the water doesn’t flow smoothly, meaning 1 second of water coming out, then air, then more water, then more air. The technitian came and said that all the parts inside are correct and best guest its that even with the converter, it’s not getting enough energy to perform correctly.
Is it the first time somebody took a machine to a 110v country and had issues? If so is there a way to fix it? Is it possible that the issue is not with the electricity?
Thank you so much and sorry again if I said something incorrectly, I will explain anything you guys need.
