I have used the machine twice a day on average, still works perfectly. It has a small weep from the steam wand. Light scratches all over the top due to using the cup warmer.

Machine has been descaled in the last 8 weeks. Done every 6 months prior to that. Filtered water via a water cracker always used.
Backflushed once a week with a blind basket. With solution 4 weekly.
Collection preferred due to size and weight. Located in Cannock west midlands.
