GrinderMaker I presume that you came onto the forum as you thought this was a way of furthering your business, and I agree with this 100%. I have a couple of suggestions for you. If you can, find someone to help you who is fluent in English. When you use an internet translation service a lot of the meaning or context can be lost. Obviously with the distances involved and there being so many things that can go wrong people become very defensive.
Your grinder might be the best thing available at the price point. Now, you need to sell one to a UK based customer who if the transaction goes smoothly and the product is good will tell folks, word will get around andI hope that you will be able to sell many more. BUT YOU NEED THAT FIRST SALE!
Our forum host @DavecUK is very well respected within the international coffee business advising many household names (ACS, Lelit, Quickmill, Niche and many more). He does not do paid reviews. You send him a product and as an engineer he reviews it. It is that simple. If you loan the grinder and want it back he will send it back as long as you cover the cost!
If you open the right door, then you could do well with this grinder. I fully appreciate that it is a costly thing to do to send a grinder for review, but you need a break my friend and this could well be it.
