Opened a washed Columbian from North Star today - thought I would try it in a flat white/latte with an attempt at a tulip:

Finally got it!
Square mile Todos Santos from Guatemala (freezer stock) - seemed to go down very well with guests:
HVL87 Leagues ahead of me. Which scales are those? Look good.
I ran out of milk at the end of the pour so didn’t quite finish the swan!
