PortafilterProcrastinator it’s fast. I can do it all and wipe wand during a 30 second shot. I probably have it at the surface for 5 seconds, maybe 1-2 more. Then deeper to work and heat for 10-15 . I think it’s 20 all in.
I’m not sure if it’s that I’m less likely to over do it when it’s so fast or I get better incorporation as it the steam swirls the milk better.
But I do feel more of a pro steaming at same time and getting better results. Still get dud ones where it all sinks but getting there.
