For all you clever computer guys and gals out there, get your heads round this one…
Been on my laptop (as I am now typing this) and decided to have a mooch and after seeing a YouTube vid on the deluxe Aeropress thought I would, out of curiosity, take a gander at the price on their website. The search engine came up with Aeropress uk, and so I clicked on it. All I got was a completely blank, white screen. Hmm, try again. Nope same result.
OK, thinks I, try going to someone else I know who sells the Aeropress, so I went and typed in Rave Coffee, a site I have used numerous times over the years. Nope, blank white screen. No messages saying why… Nada!
So, I logged off my computer and logged back on. Same result. So I tried the usual stuff, Amazon, Ebay, Coffeetime and everything was fine. Okay, what about a local roaster, York Coffee Emporium? tippy tap and… blank white screen.
One more try, another local roaster Roost of Malton… absolutely fine, connected like a dream. One last try Bella Barista… nope! Blank white screen.
So, can anyone give me a reason why this has happened? Oh, and by the way, I have tried with and without VPN, and it makes no difference. Also, when logging in using my phone, they ALL work fine.
Obviously something has happened to my laptop and I have checked settings and nothing has changed. The ‘fault’ only occurred after trying the Aeropress website. Before that, everything was hunky-dory.
So, if anyone had the faintest idea what is causing it and how to fix it, I would be very grateful.
