I’m spoiled.
In the break room on my floor we have a Unic Mira twin pro (espresso machine) feed by a electronic dosing mazzer SJ.
When return to office happened they were terribly out of calibration and the baskets were clogged, eww.
I added a Niche for single dosing and buy beans of different roast levels and keep a decent supply. I’ve added scales, a calibrated tamper, WDT, IMS basket and bean storage.
I leave the super jolly alone as is has medium roast beans of very very questionable age in it.
I handle training coworkers and use of the espresso machine / grinder as well as cleaning and checking of calibration of the Niche. I bring the Niche home to clean so I can use it with the Vesuvius.
Bosses are very happy and have asked me to add a pour over bar so that is the next project. Will grab a Fellow Ode with SSP burrs and kettle, a scale, V60, kalita, aero press, that sort of thing.
