Only now I find time and determination to clean it.could not do a thorough cleaning as I don’t have a spanner yet but some ingenuity + alternative tools did the job.
The impression is old boy this is a huge a mount of retention. The previous owner probably never deep cleaned it. Got most of it out. The burr looks very good.
After cleaning did some grind test and the first grind is like 7-8gr less than the second (forgot to weigh, judging visually) so we know about retention. Fortunately I can grind 18gr in less than 5.5s now so that is 1s less from cleaning! The ground is also almost clump free now.
Will need another hour before I have breakfast and some proper taste test
