dutchy101 Thanks mate, I’ve not got a clue with the paddle haha. I just want to get a 9 bar shot and I’ll be happy. Think it’s most likely the grind that was my problem as watched Dave’s video and it was closed like mine was so will go finer by a couple of clicks. When I removed the PF the puck was very wet likely due to the low pressure I’d imagine. Going to have lots of testing and learning, as long as it’s drinkable I’ll be happy for now.
I’m so chuffed with it, little noisier than I expected but it’s fine, just need to remember to ensure the boilers are full in the evening so not to wake the house up in the morning when the timer clicks on haha.
Accessories that came with it were a rocket naked PF with what looks like a larger ridgeless basket, ECM funnel and Motta competition tamp. All were thrown in for no extra, whoop!
