Have you fully understood the technical differences. To me Nurri would not be on the list.
do not be put off by the issues that get reported on this site. compared to the number of machines out there, they are very few and far between and expected.
I am in one or two Facebook groups for various cars and believe me if you were looking for a car you would never buy any of them represented by the group as they are all failing and dropping to bits daily if you believe that everyone who owns these cars are in the group, but they still seem to sell them by the thousand!!
I realise that everyone is different and everyone is not looking for exactly the same thing. But I genuinely believe the evo v2 offers everything you could realistically want from a lever.
Obviously we’re not going to compare it to any any manual levers as they are totally different machines , and anyone purchasing them is not looking for the fully automatic spring lever experience.
But you now Seem to have narrowed your choice down to spring leavers with some form of automation and PID control for the boilers and group temp.
on the nuri. Can you easily change pre-infusion pressure and have it automatically dump after a set time or pressure is reached or you decide to press a button (Very useful for darling in unknown beans as the pressure you dumped at is also displayed on the screen) ? That may not sound like a lot, but it is what makes it different in my eyes.
If I get the itch to change then compared to any lever machine that is technically the same or better than the ACS would be far out of my price bracket and my choice I think would have to be Decent for my next move.
