dfk41 I ground 22 gms of past their best decaf using 350 mls of water.
Unless you wanted a weaker cup, 22g coffee and 350ml (350g) is 63g coffee a litre. That’s too low a proportion for a decaf. We know the decaf requires finer grind size than normal. You would have taken care of it. However, for a brew, you need a higher ratio. I would suggest at least 75g / L (22g, 295g), if not 80g/L (22g, 275g)
Your beans are probably medium dark, which means you may get away with 70g/L (22g, 310g) 😊
The brewer drip feeds the water at the centre. I would really like a brewer which goes around in circles.
However, for £30, this is great as V60 01 sits well on the Aromaboy for a single cup. 😊
If Sage fits your requirements as you describe, so be it. 😊
Edit:
You can try V60 01 with a smaller cup size on the Aromaboy. If Decaf, 15g coffee, 190g or 200g coffee.
