I only drink decaf for health reasons. The thing about decaf is that it requires a lot of careful experimentation to get it right. When you do get it right it can be a really good cup of coffee. I’ve been through 3 sets of burrs in my Mazzer Major and I rotate all 4 filter papers in my V60 - T90, T83, T92, Abaca+. I’ve eventually cracked it and got a really good cup this morning with El Hato Guatemala. Water just off the boil and just the right amount of drawdown with a T83. Yes, it can be done but you need to get everything right.
