Good spot delta76. Like you, I find the stated spec to have covered many on my Wishlist and IF it delivers nearly as much as advertised and at the piece of the 1st batch of pre-orders now sold out, then it would be good. Certainly the design thinking behind it seems advanced. But of course, actually manufacturing it to those high standards is the acid test.
I am comforted by the fact that Bookoo appear to be established and set up producing what look to be good accessories being actively sold in China and worldwide, so not so much of a punt on that front.
I asked them direct on their website for any videos of the final release version, but they just thanked me for reaching out (to HK!)
