I can vouch for the Elizabeth as well. I have had many many machines that cost considerably more with more features and this is up there with them. If your need is for a dual boiler then unless you want to pend more, I do not see what you can achieve. If you look over on Etsy there are a couple of chaps selling wooden bits. I bought a steam knob for mine and pf handles. There was a chap on this forum made a couple of knobs for his Elizabeth. I will see if I can find the thread
