I will have a look at retention and weight what i find when time allows
Will look at 2 things
1 let it run empty and weigh what i clear out.
2 just remove the full hopper and all whole beans left in the chute etc and weigh what is the overnight exchange and retention as a whole.
This was from the burr swap out and option 2 above but i didn’t weigh as i was just swapping the burrs 🤓
I assume the grounds at the side of the burrs and between the sweepers would have been ejected if i had let it run dry….

Not really interested in dingle dosing with this grinder.
Have confirmed it does it accurately but really it defeats the object of what it has beed designed for.
We already know grind characteristics do change without at least the weight of a full throat and a few beans in the hopper do I’m primarily interested in what the grinder can do as designed!!
