Lets kick off with some beautiful measuring equipment and it's even coffee related for some projects I'm doing. Micrometer (1 micron), depth gauge (1 micron) and calipers (10 micron). A pleasure to use, especially the callipers as my other set are Mitutoyo, but 60 years old (my dads) and in thou. Up and running again now 😄 .

How is Dark Arts these days?

I’ve mentioned this before but I used to live round the corner to them when it was just Brad and a Diedrich in a railway arch in Homerton, Hackney. Maybe 2014/2015.

He roasted one coffee, a PNG called Lost Highway which I’d buy at wholesale prices.

One of my all time favourite roasters but I’ve not had any for a long while. Keen to hear how it is these days.

One of my two de-facto go-to: Foundry and Darks Arts. Had some stuff from Smith Street recently but that wasn’t for me.

MediumRoastSteam They are good. The consistency of underweight in every bag is a real shame. But, I would rather give them a benefit of doubt until I hear their reasoning! :-)

The net beans weight is off by 17g-18g! I plan to email the roaster tomorrow and seek further information. :-)
