JahLaza Unless it is medium dark and dark, I prefer giving it at least 2 weeks rest to degas properly. I also think the more the roast to the left, the longer the resting period, the better the taste.
Many times, in the case of light to medium, I have found faster pour and beehive after the shot is pulled, when I have opened in a week’s time.
It works for me at least!
We have some seasoned pros and super tasters; I am sure they will have a far better view!
