Back in the day it was called a gusher, or a sink shot. More recently, apparently if pulled at 6 bar pressure, it’s called a turbo shot. 😊
I’m thinking of naming those shots which take too long, those where after 30 seconds some drips start to appear and you just leave it, and 60 seconds post drips, you get 25g in your cup and stop in fear of burning out the pump.
A break shot? Or a brake shot? Turtle shot?
