super fragrant in the bag, but depends how you pull it,
if you use a traditional style it is really over overpoweringly sour, so ive tended to pull it quicker and put it into water, this brings the best out of it, i do get the strawberry/cherry.
im always on the look out for punchy coffees, as of late ive been having terrible on/off sinus issues, that coupled with the last two months of the dog and hat international subscription being absolute w ank, im just not really enjoying coffee atm, many a days i feel like simply selling the lot, its been on/off since march, i dont see the point in having such an expensive machine when half the time all i can taste is the shit roast of hay!
