Had a batch delivered 2 weeks ago that did. The label position tends to move about a bit though. Sometimes on back of the bag, sometimes on the label in various positions. It should be there! Never had a bag without a roast date from them.

Well, I remembered this morning that I had bought a Pullman basket but could not find it. I rang my son and he remembered that the postie brought it as he was going out, and it was in the car! SO, my other son rertrieved it and I have used it once. Very different to the basket supplied with the Elizabeth (from here forwards to be referred as to 2). I will have to tighten the grind up a fair bit for the next shot.
Then I bought a new wooden steam knob for her from an Etsy seller in Turkey, along with a matching pf handle in Walnut. I gave them a coat of Danish. The knob is a push on affair. Shame the shape of the original is totally different to the new one. It may force on if held on the inside! Handle next. What could go wrong here? I bought an OEM Lelit one from Ebay with a wooden handle. Asked the chap it unscrewed or was glued on. He sent me a photo showing the handle attached but showing an inch of bolt. Champion! When I unscrewed the handle just now, I realise that I ought to have checked properly. The OEM the pf itself screws into the handle and the one that I bought, the other way around!

I do not often endorse. This chap is in Turkey and makes a variety of wood ‘things’. many coffee related. I bought a new steam knob and handle for my Elizabeth. It was an easy transaction and about 8 days later the UPS package turned up. Then I found that both the pf and the handle had male fittings. My odd job man tried to take the M12 bolt out of the oem pf but nae chance. To save anything being lost in translation, and Yileri is aware of the problem, I sent him this photo

The result is he charged me postage only without the need to send the other one back. I was pleasantly surprised at this, so rounded the transaction up to an amount I was happy with!
The handle and knob are nicely made but you do need to apply a couple of coats of Danish oil to finish them off. Will post some photos once everything is in place

Some exciting sounding coffees from Taith. The Pepe Jijon and Nestor Lasso are extortionate but then being offered as small 36g samples is probably the only way I’d be wanting to purchase them. I’ll report back on how they taste. Got a couple of decafs I’m looking forward to too

Im also enjoying hand-grinding and picked up the Kingrinder K6 when it was on sale from Amazon a couple of weeks ago for ~£80ish. Enjoying it for both filter and espresso as a quieter option in the mornings.

Cuprajake Ebay bargain? I sometimes look though for either individuals items or mixed non sets. Sometimes you can strike lucky and find something nice and reasonably priced. I bought 2 of these cappuccino with one espresso postage included for £25. Not the prettiest ones but even so
