Lets kick off with some beautiful measuring equipment and it's even coffee related for some projects I'm doing. Micrometer (1 micron), depth gauge (1 micron) and calipers (10 micron). A pleasure to use, especially the callipers as my other set are Mitutoyo, but 60 years old (my dads) and in thou. Up and running again now 😄 .

Postman brought in a local DIY system like the commercial flojets,

Dude who setup the system has a nice accumulator to regulate the pressure with the water flow and a pressure on off attached to the pump.

Total setup costed less than $150 shipped and you can adjust the outlet pressure. Initially was 4 bars but lowered with a help of a friend to a reasonable 1.5 bars to the Bianca.

Wished I did this long time ago.

Sorry, no pic, but just received some Udderly Sublime Espresso Blend Roasted Coffee from White Rose Coffee roasters. I went with them after seeing a recommendation on here, but I was a little disappointed to see that the beans were roasted almost a month ago. I’m used to getting them within a few days of roasting so anything more than 5-7 days is a red flag for me. Not tasted it yet so I can’t comment on how good it is.

hmm, that is a surprise, I’m on a lucky dip subscription with them and they always arrive a few days (courier allowing) after roasting. Guess it might be different if it’s non subscription or a particular bean but I agree a month seems less than ideal.

I tried them after seeing the recco on here. They were only a few days after roasting (less than a week). A bit light roasted for our taste though for a given SO bean.

Have gone thru’ many blogs and videos to detect the fake. This looks good. Sold and dispatched directly by Amazon and not any 3rd party. They are one of the authorised retailers. Will call Mitutoyo anyway to check in any case.

Otaibimn love your setup. How’s P100? It’s a grinder that ppl don’t talk a lot but looks great on specs. I was gravitating on buying one too (I still am).

Just got a dosing funnel for my bianca pf. It cost £9.79 from Amazon and its absolutely spot on. It fits perfectly, well built (aluminium) and the magnets are strong enough to hold it in place upside down. It also happens to store nicely away on top of my pressure mat with my Torr tamp on top. Bargain.
