Using a Niche is about as straightforward as things can be. Select the grind, pour the beans in, close the lid and switch on.
Dialing in can be a bit of a pain - especially since the burrs are new and will need some grind time to be properly seasoned. If you have some old beans, or can get some cheap ones (maybe best-use-by-date from a local roaster?), I’d grind a couple of kilos of those through the grinder before using any good coffee to dial-in.
