I have a little update to make. After discussing the tank filling issue (very little topping up) with Crem Support I was advised to increase the time for filling from 15″ to the maximum of 30″ which I did and it increased 2 fold (as hped for/expected) the amount of water in the tank, that is more reasonable. I have suggested they give the option to the end user to have this time up to 90 seconds in total via the next firmware update (if this is to happen). I have also added a combo of pressure and temperature gauges on the E61 group.
I need to reduce my coffee intake as recently I have been looking for any excuse to pull a shot and try a new profile.
