Yorkie_Al We usually find that a dry bed at anywhere between 3mins and 3:30 is usually where we end up.
I tend to grind s couple of clicks finer using the C40 for the Luz Helena Salazar, which slows the drain down time down a little and gives better results. At home, that tends to be around 3 mins 10 seconds or thereabouts. For some context, I think Iām usually around 23 clicks +/- 2-2 clicks out on the C40 for almost all of our coffee, so I guess the Luz is therefore on the finer end of what we are used to.
Iāll need to check the clicks to be sure, as I lose track of the absolute number, I just remember my last brew as e.g. -1, or +2 from whatever the ā23ā clicks out actually is - if that makes sense.
