OK, my setup: Niche Zero and Lelit Elizabeth! I love the drawer knock box too. I have the Breville drip coffee maker too.

hubcap Pretty sure I’m done 😉
With Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee there, is one set for pour over and the other for espresso?
Yes mate, espresso, pour over and moka etc’ - way too much trouble switching between the different grinds, great grinder but terrible adjustment wheel.
hubcap - That’s very smart.
pbg This is a great vintage set up!

I think this will be it now for quite a while for my coffee paraphenalia with the Niche being the final edition.
Sage DB, Niche Zero, Rock Lever, Rock Grinder, V60, Moka pot with dispersion plate, Aeropress, Clever Dripper, Brewista scales, Techni Vorm Moccamaster.
Pompeyexile A nice collection of kit there….you are holding up the side of team coffee very well.

Lelit Bianca, Niche zero, Chemex, Moka pot and modified Super Jolly (not pictured). Clever and Aeropress at work.
Emc2 Another very neat setup…I see that particular counter top is smaller than normal, so the side positioning of the tank on Bianca really helps you.
@Emc2 I’ve got the tank on mine at the rhs and keep the dosing cup etc just in front of it , I think it works well.
I put felt pads on the feet to ease sliding the machine out to refill.

Had a bit of work done on the kitchen and ended up with smaller space for the coffee corner. Still getting to grips with it but replaced knock out box with a drawer as a stand for niche which works really well. No need to pull the machine out to refill the tank though !

prezes it all looks really good very neat very functional, but one thing I don’t like is standing grinders on knock boxes. In fact I wonder if the chap who recently had, I say recently probably a year ago had the burrs in the niche rusted together or something was standing his grinder on a knock box, I never thought to ask.
For me the issue is a grinder standing on a box containing damp pucks, and there’s a vent normally on the top of the box I think yours is on the front. I guess if you use the knock box for storing accessories that’s absolutely fine, which is all I use my knock box for, but if you’re putting damp coffee packs in it I would imagine the water vapour comes out of the front vents.
DavecUK thanks Dave, I was thinking about that. The vents are up the front so not covered by niche but just to be on the safe side I keep the drawer open for few minutes after knocking out to get most of the steam out. I will keep my eye on it though!

This is a bit of an old pic I found on my computer but as I have not yet figured out how to post images on here when logged in on my mobile, this will have to do. Pic is from about 2016 when I got the E37s. Essentially the same setup, except I also have a little Motta jug and a proper Coffee Catcha that Systemic gave me. And Jake’s Black Mirror scales, with which I am largely happy. (The beeper stopped working, but it was annoying anyway so I am not too bothered!)
