Just over a month in with this machine after having a Sage Oracle. Still awaiting a knockbox and bottomless portafilter that are on back order but the coffee is goooood!

Ernie1 I recon there is a clear mat under the machine that we can’t see (hint).
Just finished setting up my updated coffee bar setup having received the Evo Leva recently, and played around with some shots on my camera this weekend. I am currently testing the Decent, Evo and 2 grinders side by side…not sure what will be staying longterm, but it’s a very fun journey testing it all!

pipedreams86 I’m really hoping you popped a right angled USB extension cable into the port on the right hand side of the touchscreen as you look at it to support any future upgrades, via USB key. Good catch by ACS on the screen and it is hopefully now in the FAQ. @Eiffel

Firmware on the Evo is upgradeable, if an upgrade is made…this is via a port that’s helpfully on the RHS of the display. This means one cannot remove the lid and simply plug in a USB/C key or adaptor cable!
With a thin RH angle adaptor cable, then one could simply grab the interior end and plug said USB stick into it. I think it’s Micro USB, can’t remember offhand. so something like this

LMSC Except you have to remove the display to plug it in…then leave it in (for ever) and put display back….
