You don’t need a lot of profiles for every roast under the sun—keep it simple: one for single, one for double, and we’ll just quietly ignore the batch mode for now 😄.
Start with a single cup, get the hang of it, and once you’re comfortable, move on to the double.
Also, might be worth having a little play with the temperature—try easing it down a degree at a time between pulses, nice and gentle.
Are you able to keep each pulse pour to about 10–12 seconds, then pause for say 18–20 seconds? So basically aiming for 6 pulses for an example, each add up to around 30 seconds total.
