My Bianca is coming up to the three months of use and I’m about to grease the lever cam, wand ball-joints and paddle adjustment.
I remember reading something about Bella Barista (where I bought it from) setting the paddle so fully closed wasn’t actually fully closed to avoid potentially damaging pressure levels. I can’t seem to recall where I read/saw this though.
Do I set the paddle ‘off’ position so that no water is coming through or so that it is just starting to drip?
