H! I’m Claudiu. Didn’t use to drink coffee up until a few years ago. I then got a free broken Delonghi Dedica which I fixed. I didn’t think I would need more, but my coffee didn’t taste yet like the ones in the coffee shops. Then started reading incessantly about espresso so I sold it and got a Lelit Anita about 2 years ago. It also had issues, so I fixed that one and I thought once again this is the end game machine for me. I couldn’t fathom spending hundreds of pounds on a coffee machine.
A few months ago I bought an Eureka Mignon Specialita, I wanted more consistency in my process. But then I couldn’t find a reason for having 2 grinders, it was taking up too much counter space. So here I am today, sold the Anita and with a Lelit Victoria and Eureka and a wife that doesn’t want to go to coffee shops anymore.
I like to tinker, read a lot before committing to something, so I’m looking forward to reading and contributing to the knowledge hive when and where I can.
