Crem One firmware need older version than 1.13

I have a Crem One LFPP purchased last year from Whole Latte Love in the USA.

I updated to the 1.13 firmware and having recipe profile recording and playback problems.
Is there an older version of the firmware available? The original firmware in my machine seemed to have worked better than 1.13

I have version 1.09, 1.06g and 103l

Only 1.09 was an official release….but I think 1.06g worked OK, long time ago now.

DavecUK Hi Dave, firstly a very belated thank you for your Crem One 2B LFPP reviews/vids. I bought one, based on your posts, from BB in Jan 2021 and love it, even with the (F.O.C) noise on 9bar straight shots! BB we’re not able to fix that & Martin Richards explained their “changing relationship” with Crem at the time.

I contacted Welbilt U.K. last Sept for firmware updates, they said 1.09 was still the latest version. I’ve just seen from posts on the old Coffeeforum site and recent posts here of the 1.11, 1.13 and 1.14 updates, but it looks like, from other posts that there may be issues with these updates. Are they legit manufacturer updates and what does the user gain from them - basically is it worth risking the upgrade if I’m just going to get a load of pain?

That was only one I’ve been able to find, on some previous incarnation of this forum.

It boggles the mind that Crem themselves does not provide firmware downloads…?!

AceRickenbacker I don’t know, I’m still on the last version I tested and had asked them to do GSP properly as a software improvement. They did a out half of what I wanted for GSP. I wanted a starting and finishing voltage, but they only did a starting one…as I remember, I would have to check my records.

AceRickenbacker 1.14 only seems to have added support for a different type of flow meter which are fitted to newly manufactured machines, but 1.13 added lots of features.

DavecUK according to the release notes they did add both min and max GSP voltage in 1.07 (and later fixed some bug relating to max voltage 1.09). Haven’t messed with it much but when I lowered the max voltage I either imagined things or it sounded like the pump got noisier.

Mayhem I think they said they had done the voltage max for GSP as I asked, but when I tested they had not.

Hmmm . Thanks for the replies guys. I think I’m going to apply the…”if it ain’t bust don’t fix it”approach for the moment
