Just to add to above, my filter lasts equally long by using Waitrose Lockhills which is very cheap and super soft so the filter doesn’t clog up easily. I end up with 0 TDS water to which I add baking soda and Epsom salts (I have premixed concentrates and using glass pipettes I add exactly the amount I need, I find ChatGPT is useful coming up with suggestions).
