So a week on, and back on the pump.
Didn’t like it with the mains water feed, I think with the pump it works perfectly.
I now have a coffee cupboard underneath the machine as the Mrs has been re arranging the kitchen
I’ve kept my subscription for dog and hat so will get some more beans shortly,.
Water wise, I’m still using sodium bicarbonate atm mixed with ro, after this batch is done I’m going to move back to potassium and see if I find anything different
The Evo, I’ve been tempted to mod, I fancy black side panels, but these are going to be £240 ish once they get here, I couple that with the fact that I’ve paid £220 ish if not more for the handles and I’m really tempted to sell the Evo, and order another Evo in the spec I want, black panels, wood etc
I believe they start at €3000 euro so once vat is added it’s about £3000.
I think I’d get about £2000 for the Evo with it’s stock handles.
Just thinking out loud.
The other idea would be to paint my panels, but even using industrial paints I’m not sure of the longevity of the finish Vs powder coated OEM panels.
